CST PLANT SOLUTIONS, S.A. (hereinafter also the provider) as the party responsible for the Web, places at the disposal of the users the present document which regulates the use of the web https://www.cstplantsolutions.com, with which it intends to comply with the obligations laid down in Regulamento (UE) 2016/679 de 27 de abril de 2016 (GDPR) e Lei nº 58/2019, de 8 de agosto de 2019 (LPDP), as well as to inform all users of its conditions of use.

Through the Web, CST PLANT SOLUTIONS, S.A. facilitates to the users the access and use of different services and contents made available.

Any person who accesses this Web assumes the role of user (hereinafter user) and implies the total and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in this Legal Notice, as well as any other legal provision that may be applicable.

The publication of content is prohibited:

That are allegedly unlawful by national, community or international regulations or that perform allegedly unlawful activities or contravene the principles of good faith.

That infringe the fundamental rights of persons, that lack courtesy in the network, that disturb or may generate negative opinions in our users or third parties and in general any contents that CST PLANT SOLUTIONS, S.A. considers inappropriate.
